While we thoroughly enjoy helping our renters find a place to call home we also set clear boundaries of what we expect. We ask that potential renters complete a rental application which will be processed and approved before we set out to find the right rental for you.
We must have a full security deposit and the first month's rent collected at the time the lease is signed. We need to have documentation that the utilities have been transferred (when applicable) before you take occupancy. Rent must be paid on or before the first of every month. Specific issues like pets and smoking will be discussed on a case by case basis depending on the policy of that particular property owner.
