	We used Sarah Johnson and her comapny Johnson Home & Land to purchase a commercial building for us as an income generator. The building initially had title problems and Sarah rode those complicated issues until they were cleared up before we closed the deal. When we bought the building it had no tenants and no income. Within six months with Sarah's help it was full and generating positive cash flow nearly every month. When we decided to sell the building, it went pretty quickly and Sarah handled all the details which made both the purchase and sale virtually effortless. She was always pleasant to deal with. The property made money during the three years we owned it and it made a larger amount when we sold it. We'd happily buy or sell with Sarah's company again in the future!
