	We used Sarah Johnson and her comapny Johnson Home & Land to purchase a commercial building for us as an income generator. The building initially had title problems and Sarah rode those complicated issues until they were cleared up before we closed the deal. When we bought the building it had no tenants and no income. Within six months with Sarah's help it was full and generating positive cash flow nearly every month. When we decided to sell the building, it went pretty quickly and Sarah handled all the details which made both the purchase and sale virtually effortless. She was always pleasant to deal with. 	While searching for a home in the Cody or Powell area we found that some of the Realtors did not seem to be very helpful at all. Not returning phone calls or answering emails were one of the problems we had run into. One time we were even sent out by ourselves to look at some new construction and were told that the workers would let us look around so we followed his directions and located this project and actually found a house we were very interested in. Upon returning to the real estate office we were told that the price he had given us was for some different homes and the one we really liked was a lot more money and out of our budget. Needless to say we would never do business with that office again. Then we found you Lisa through the Internet and I called you and you bent over backwards to get us an appointment to see the house that you had listed in Lovell. We liked the house and you made everything work so smoothly to get us into our home.
