North Big Horn County- Deaver/Frannie Properties
Deaver is a small town with a great deal of charm especially with the addition of the community hall and a new community park which includes a Veteran's Memorial and quaint gazebo. Just west of Deaver is the popular family fishing and picnicking spot, Deaver Reservoir, which is stocked with trout and walleye.
Frannie is "the biggest, little town in Wyoming". This claim to fame is appropriate since Frannie straddles the county line between Big Horn and Park Counties. Locals say, "It takes two counties to hold the people!" At one time Frannie was an early stage stop, and the oil industry was a prominent factor in the town's development. Frannie's progressive attitude is clear in the conversion of a school building into the community hall which houses town offices, the library, exercise room and large meeting room. The facility is the center for many various activities in this sweet little community. To view other listings click here.
