Area Listings

While searching for a home in the Cody or Powell area we found that some of the Realtors did not seem to be very helpful at all. Not returning phone calls or answering emails were one of the problems we had run into. One time we were even sent out by ourselves to look at some new construction and were told that the workers would let us look around so we followed his directions and located this project and actually found a house we were very interested in. Upon returning to the real estate office we were told that the price he had given us was for some different homes and the one we really liked was a lot more money and out of our budget. Needless to say we would never do business with that office again. Then we found you Lisa through the Internet and I called you and you bent over backwards to get us an appointment to see the house that you had listed in Lovell. We liked the house and you made everything work so smoothly to get us into our home. We would definitely highly recommend you and Johnson Home and Land for any real estate needs for us or our friends and family. Even after the sale you are still in touch with us on a regular basis. Judy and I can't thank you enough for all you have done for us. We are very happy with the home, the neighborhood, and the town. Thanks again for everything.
